Not every parent realizes how early care for their children’s teeth should begin, and teeth are incredibly important to the overall health and well-being of a child. To dramatize the three stages of early dental care, and make the message lovable and memorable, not medicinal or governmental, we created three characters to represent the three stages and set the instructions to music. And, we didn't stop there. At a later date, we added a fourth character whose job was to tell parents about the importance of getting sealants on molars for kids age 6+ to prevent cavities for years to come. Together, the Mouth Monsters made dental care fun for parents and kids of all ages.
