Since March of 2020, Fraser has been engaged with the LA County Department of Public Health on creating its COVID-19 communications for its website, press releases, social media, and PSAs for radio and television. The novel coronavirus was a moving target messaging wise, as new information happened daily, and our thinking and efforts had to adapt. That didn't change in 2022 when mask mandates were lifted and individuals became fully vaccinated. As travel returned to normal, we implemented the Travel Safe LA County campaign in and around LAX and Burbank airports via outdoor and transit, as well as digital and social media efforts to help promote safe travel. Working with the County on this was, and remains, at the time of this writing, one of the most interesting and rewarding projects we’ve ever been engaged in.
